FAQs
What facilities do you have?We have mens and womens locker rooms and full shower facilities. We provide everything you need to make yourself beautiful, including body wash, hair products, brushes, blow dryers and cosmetics. What should I wear? You can wear whatever you want! Even if you come in for a pedicure, we dry your toes completely after the polish is applied, so you dont have to wear or bring sandals if you dont want to.Do I have to take off all my clothes?Generally, for massages, body treatments and facials, clients remove all their clothing. This is done privately in the locker room or treatment room. The therapists drape all clients during their treatments so your modesty is protected. If you are not comfortable removing all your clothing, the therapist can work around it, however, it is suggested that you do so for your comfort. Can we bring food to the spa?Yes, you may bring food and alcohol into the spas relaxation room. We have wine and champagne glasses, ice, napkins and plates. If you want to order lunch in, we must know ahead of time to schedule a lunch break for you. We can give you menus for several different local restaurants to choose from.Do you have a sauna or pool?We have a ladies steam shower that you can use before or after your treatments. We also have a very nice hydrotherapy tub in a private room that can be booked for an additional charge. It is more of a one person tub, but two people can use the room. What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. We require ALL guests to guarantee reservations with a credit card. This card will not be charged unless you miss your reservation without giving us 24 hours notice.Where should I park? There is 3-hour parking along Main Street in front of the spa; however, these spots fill up quickly. The street at the north end of our block, Washington, has 3-hour parking spaces along it. Ridge Street and the Riverwalk Center are also parking options; the Riverwalk Center charges for parking. |
